 Retreats - further information

All retreats begin on Friday late afternoons/evenings (our guests usually arrive between 5pm and 7pm) and end on Sunday late afternoons at 4pm. A delicious programme of Tai Chi and Chi Kung is offered at regular intervals throughout the weekend.

What will you learn?
Hopefully a good chunk of Tai Chi and Chi Kung and the ability to put it into practice when you get home. Most people find they really get to grips with Tai Chi and Chi Kung on these weekends. This can help to create a foundation for further learning and cultivating a personal practice. Whatever your level of interest or whether you are a beginner or experienced Tai Chi person, these weekends will be an inspiration.
