long course, which combines the feel of
a holiday with a gently structured course
programme.
Overview
An enjoyable structured
course covering Tai Chi refinement, Qi Theory
and Qigong. The main intention behind this
course is to give those with some experience
in Tai Chi and Qi Gong an opportunity to
deepen in their understanding. The course
will help develop understanding of these
arts through group tuition and discussion
alongside a programme of presentations and
workshops given by experienced and qualified
practitioners and teachers.
Open to
anyone but ideally to those
with at least some experience.

Group learning and practice, presentations,
course work, discussion, training in Tai
Chi and Qigong.
Whilst the curriculum is meant to give
a good basic understanding, the emphasis
will be on learning that is interesting,
enjoyable and creative. Course leaders will
be aiming to promote a non competitive learning
environment.
A detailed course handbook will be sent
out prior to the beginning of the course.

8-9am Breakfast
10-12pm Tai Chi and Qigong Workshop
12-2pm Lunch break
2-4pm Qi Theory and Qigong Workshop
6-7pm Tai Chi Workshop
7.30pm Supper
There will be a free day during the week.
