supported group will run for 8 months and will
enhance, inform and invigorate your Tai Chi experience.
About the teacher
Andrew Broadhead began his Tai Ch journey 20 years
ago and in recent years has been working exclusively
within the lineage of Cheng Man Ching/Master Huang/Patrick
Kelly as presented by Luke Shepherd. Over the
years Andrew has practised extensively within
most of the traditional and modern styles of Tai
Chi.
Content
This course will focus on the Cheng Man Ching
Form, 5 Loosening Exercises, Partner Exercises
and Push Hands.
Details
Meeting monthly for 3 and half hours. Remaining
dates for 2009/20010:
9.30 - 1pm Sundays 14th March, 4th April and 9th
May.
Venue
South Park Community Centre, Buckfast,
TQ11 0EB. MAP.
The venue is very easy to get to from Plymouth,
Exeter and surrounding areas.
Participation
Ideally you will need at least one years Tai Chi
experience and a willingness to engage in this
supported learning journey. It is anticipated
that you will practice between the sessions, which
will support a fuller engagement in the learning
process.
